4.1  Scale and resize

Scale objects by a certain transformation, typically defined by the arrangement of the instruction elements.

Grow or shrink objects by a certain amount. Compared to scaling, all objects will change their dimensions by the same amount, independent of their location or size.

Set the width or height to a certain size. Compared to grow/shrink, all objecs will have the same width/height, independent of their initial dimensions.

Scale the selected rectangle (blue). Operation transforms objects so as to transform the rectangular icon at `p0` into the the sibling (attached via straignt line).
